If your particular plan is not accepted directly, we will provide you with an itemized bill to be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance provider.

Vision coverage is different from Medical Insurance. Your Vision Plan covers an annual examination for glasses. Medical procedures, treatment for eye infections, injuries or Special Testing is not covered by vision plans. These are covered by your Medical insurance.
